This weekend concluded our regular IEA season and we want to make a social shoutout to our only senior this year! Congratulations Tatum! Clover Grove IEA Team represented at IEA Zone 3 Finals! Middle School team ended their season in 5th place at Zone 3 finals with Mattie E, Thomas L and Ashleigh G putting in great rides as they competed against the top 14 teams from across 4 states. Kaitlyn and Thomas qualified to ride in individual classes with tough competition. We are so proud that Thomas will be heading to Nationals and Kaitlyn wrapped up her long and successful IEA career as a senior! We will miss you KK and are so proud of your massive contributions to Clover Grove IEA team!

Only coaches will receive a program in their packet, all other programs will need to be purchased.

Join us for an Equine GI Health mini-clinic with Katie Wimer of Triple Crown Nutrition! With winter temperatures well upon us, come and learn about colic and how to help our equine partners stay healthy! Katie is a nutrition expert with Triple Crown Feed and will be bringing a life size horse GI tract model for demonstration. This clinic will be free to SWVHJA junior and senior members in person at 2 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2025, at Tinkling Springs Church Social Hall (Fishersville). If you wish to attend, please click the link below to register. Seats are limited so please register in advance!

This mini-clinic is also eligible for the Junior Horsemanship Program, which is back again for 2025! This program is a year-long lottery, which allows junior members to develop their knowledge of horsemanship, while also providing them the opportunity to offset annual show expenses at the end of the year. SWVHJA junior members are automatically enrolled in the program, but please sign up to ensure that attendance is correctly recorded and juniors will be entered in the lottery! If you would like more information about this program, you can find it on the SWVHJA website under the Education tab!
