Congratulations to Orange Grove Junior, Caleb Frnka!
After a tough squat and bench, he never quit. He kept fighting, finished strong, and earned 2nd place on an international stage! 🥈💪

And what made it even more special was having family right there with him—Carson competing alongside him, Ivan spotting him on the platform, and Dad commentating the livestream for everyone watching back home. ❤️

At just 16 years old, Caleb earned the honor of wearing TEAM USA across his chest and representing his country. 🇺🇸 That is an accomplishment no tough meet can take away from him.

One meet does not define an athlete. How you respond does.

We go home, we learn, we get stronger, and we get back to work. Sometimes a setback is exactly what fuels the comeback. 🔥
