open to all levels, this 60-min power vinyasa flow will build a little heat + create space to drop into the present moment.

although, this [yoga in the orchard] will be a bit different than its sister karma classes —

on Tuesday, July 30th, we will wagon ride over to the apple orchards for a power vinyasa yoga class [open to all levels] and will stop by the flower fields for [u-pick flowers] with to build beautiful, homegrown bouquets. 💐
