DOL has extended expiration enforcement relief, YET AGAIN!

The DOL has extended the relief of hard card expiration dates from November 30, THEN to January 31, NOW APRIL 30, and extended temporary certification (2832's) from 45 to 90 days.

They added another criterion from that last update: this relief only applies if your certification expired after April 30, 2020.

New York State Asbestos Certification holders should plan on a 90 day turnaround time for processing!

BEWARE: THIS RELIEF IS DUE TO DOL PROCESSING TIME,
IT'S NOT ABOUT GIVING RELIEF FROM TAKING THEIR REFRESHER CLASS.
