WE HEAR THIS ONE ALL THE TIME 🤷‍♂️

Most people think if they train abs, they’ll lose belly fat.

That idea didn’t come from nowhere… it sounds logical.

You feel your abs working.
They burn.
So it feels like you’re burning fat from that area.

But your body doesn’t work like that.

Fat loss is a system wide process, controlled by your metabolism, hormones, and overall calorie balance. NOT by which muscle you’re training.

That’s why you can do 1000 crunches a day and still hold fat around your stomach.

Ab exercises strengthen the muscle underneath…
but they don’t remove the fat on top.



The reality:

If you want visible abs, you don’t need more ab workouts.
You need less body fat overall.



What actually works:

Stay in a calorie deficit
Lift weights consistently
Keep protein high
Be patient and consistent

Over time, your body will lose fat everywhere… including your stomach.

That’s when your abs finally show.



Stop chasing shortcuts. Start training smart. 👽
