June is Men’s Mental Health Month. It’s tough for guys to talk about mental health. Some don’t want to be seen as “weak” or “crazy.” Some “cope” in unhealthy ways. Some just don’t know how to communicate about it or who to communicate with. Nearly 80% of deaths by su***de are male.
