Leadership Class is helping our Black Belts develop the skills to become the next generation of instructors. Everyone in Prep Class is putting in the work and getting ready for the June Black Belt Test, and Sparring Class is always a great workout and a fun challenge.

GREECE MEMORIAL DAY PARADE is today. (Penfield 4th of July Parade is June 27th)

🥋Wear your full uniform (no T-shirts) and arrive by
10:15 AM. This is a great chance to show off those American flag patches!
📍 Meeting Location: North Greece Family Medicine & Pediatrics, 470 Long Pond Road Rochester, NY 14612
⏰ Arrival Time: 10:15 AM sharp
The parade ends at Greece Town Hall (1 Vince Tofany Blvd.) You may park here or at the start of
the parade. Parents are welcome to wear an MKTKD T-shirt and march with us. Students should wear their uniforms and will receive a special star patch for participating. Please pick up your child directly after the parade at the trees across from the library.

Summer Camp starts in July and the annual is August 9! 🏃‍♀️

The grand opening of the new state of the art Penfield dojang was May 26th 2015! The staff worked hard over the Memorial Day Weekend to make this an amazing event! has been in Rochester since 1990 and this year we celebrate 49 years of in NYS!
