I want to highlight some incredible achievements from clients who are pushing boundaries and redefining what’s possible – all with Blueprint 360 online coaching. These clients are not just dedicated, they’re busy individuals with full lives: parents, full-time professionals, many of whom have kids in multiple sports. Most are over 35, far from their 20s, and yet they're achieving milestones they never thought possible.

- Client 1: Lost over 20 lbs! Despite some weight gain over the summer due to work and vacation travels, she gave herself a hard reset and is back on track.

- Client 2: An incredible transformation—down over 77 lbs since starting with me this past spring. Truly inspiring!

Question of the Day:

"What are you training for?"

Is it to compete? To get stronger? To lose weight? Or perhaps to improve your mental health?

Now, let’s take it a step further:

What are you doing to support your training goals?

- If you're aiming to compete, are you putting in the extra work to sharpen your skills and address weaknesses?

- If your goal is weight loss, are you making changes outside the gym (in those other 23 hours) to optimize your results?

- If you're focused on getting stronger, are you consistently tracking your progress and challenging yourself with heavier weights?

- And if you’re training for mental health (which is fantastic, by the way), are you truly giving yourself the time and space to make this a priority?

These questions may seem challenging, but as your coach, I want you to recognize that the time you spend in the gym is just a fraction of what’s possible on your journey to becoming your best self.

Take a moment to reflect: Are you doing everything you can to see progress, or is there room for improvement?

3 Simple Steps to Help You Lose Weight

1. Start Walking MORE

Walking is a low-impact exercise that can significantly boost your weight loss efforts. Aim for at least 30 minutes a day. Consider taking short walks after meals or incorporating a brisk morning walk into your routine. Increasing your daily step count not only burns calories but also improves cardiovascular health and mood.

2. Eat More Protein

Protein is essential for muscle repair and growth and helps keep you feeling full longer, reducing overall calorie intake. Include high-quality protein sources in every meal, such as lean meats, fish, eggs, dairy products, beans, and legumes. A good rule of thumb is to aim for 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.

3. Get More Quality Sleep

Quality sleep is crucial for weight loss and overall health. This doesn't necessarily mean sleeping more hours but rather ensuring the sleep you get is restful and uninterrupted. Establish a regular sleep schedule, create a calming bedtime routine, and make your sleep environment comfortable and free from distractions. Quality sleep helps regulate hormones that control hunger and stress, aiding in weight management.
