ate, Judo, and Kendo. Additionally, I have trained in BJJ, Okinawa Kobudo (Classical Weapons), Wrestling, MMA, Kyudo, and much more! After graduating from Naz, I left the US to live and work in Ibaraki Japan participating in the JET Program from 2009-2014 teaching English-as-a-Foreign language to Japanese high school students. I was blessed to have the opportunity to train with many high level teachers, competing at the Kodokan, attended seminars, etc. and experience Japanese culture. My goal is to start a Kyokushin Karate Club at Naz and bring the highest level of martial arts to the Naz Community and create an amazing club to help people get and stay in shape, learn self-defense, and make new friends! Unfortunately, only current students can start a club so I am looking for interested students who are willing to get the ball rolling and start the process. Let's work together to create an awesome community of people interested in learning Karate and Japanese culture!
