So excited to announce we have hired the top boxing coach in Rochester 🥊 💥

Jeff began his boxing journey at the age of 12 at Avenue D St. Martins boxing club, the home of Charles the Natural Murray and Robert Push-up Frazier, with head coach Robert Johnson. At 14 Jeff continued his boxing Journey under the tutelage of Gloria Peek, the first woman Olympic boxing coach. With Gloria in his corner, Jeff went on to become a two-time NYS Heavy Weight Golden Glove Champion and competed in the Platinum Gloves and Olympic Trials. Jeff had the opportunity to fight the toughest fighters in the country, train with top pros, and be coached by the best coaches to come out of Rochester NY. Jeff found his passion in coaching and prides himself on helping others achieve their fitness and personal goals through boxing.
