In honor of Memorial Day, the Fitness Center will be closed on Monday.

Introducing our newest member highlight, Zach Smith!

"I was an athlete in high school where I played hockey, ran track and cross country. Throughout college and early in my graduate studies I didn't really workout much, but I got back into it a couple years ago because I missed being active. Starting to work out again has been a great way to take a break from my graduate studies and has helped me get through some of the ups and downs of being a PhD Student. Outside of the gym I also enjoy running and playing golf."

From the football field to finding a daily passion - meet Danny!

Danny has been a valued part of our fitness center community since starting at the University of Rochester Medicine Center nearly two years ago. He’s always in the gym with a positive mindset and bringing good energy to every workout.

Danny shows up multiple times a week - not just going through the motions but truly enjoying the process. His dedication and consistency are a great example of what commitment to your goals looks like.

We’re grateful to have Danny as part of our community and appreciate him sharing his journey with us!
