This is a great drill to maximize stretch in rotation and train separation, weight transfer, and endpoint release. Get after it and watch the ball fly.
Here is a great drill if you struggle with clearing your torso throughout the swing. It can also be used as a segmental over speed exercise to some degree. As torso rotation through impact is primarily driven by the posterior sling from the left shoulder down through the right glute, the band assists in activating the mechanic. Give it a go!!
