Still showing up daily for my health and wellness! Weight loss at almost 42 is deff different than 32 but I’m not letting myself lose focus!
I’m lifting weights and trying to eat enough of the right foods each day and reasoning my snacking and treats!!! Don’t give up on yourself and no matter the scale remember every workout you do is taking care of your body but most importantly improving your mental health!
