No veteran brother or sister should be alone today reach out and be with a veteran that you know is alone and has lost brothers and sisters just be there with them. You don’t have to say anything just let them know you’re there and please just give them your condolences today it’s not a time of celebration it’s a time of remembrance and mourning. So I survived a major heart attack last week. Thanks be to God I survived only 10% of people who get a 100% blockage in this artery survive, also less then 5 % of the survivors have no damage to the heart. I am one of those miracles thank you God for giving me another chance at life. All I did is pray to you and think about my wife and kids. I know you are not done with me yet and I will keep trying to be a better person. Praise be to you God.

My no longer boy or even young man he is my soldier. I am so proud of him!!!

My Son Caleb is off to boot camp 😢 I am so proud of him and of course a scared parent at the same time. I wish him luck and Gods blessings that he comes home safe and a better young man!

We are open next week evening classes 630pm - 830pm Tuesday and Thursday , 800am-930am Wednesday and Friday , 1030am-1230 pm on Saturday.

Looking for a Martial Arts instructor to rent a spot two evenings a week and one weekend for $350 a month or best offer. You will have full run of the facility on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5 pm until when ever you want to close and then all day on Friday from 10am until close. Saturday all afternoon from 1230 until you want to close or literally all day on Sunday. You pick your students are your students and you can use the bags , ring , weight equipment or cardio equipment for your training. Call me at 585-451-9909 if interested.
