CrossFit is a general fitness program. 49 weeks of the year. The sport of CrossFit (for the majority of us) is 3 weeks of the year. The sport asks and answers "Who is the fitness male and female on earth?" Relatively, not important however super RAD. The general fitness program asks and answers "are you able and willing, now and later?" At any moment if you had to save your life, could you?
Are you ready for a test? Are you ready for the support of the community to bring out your highest potential? I will answer it for you, no you are not. All the more reason to do it together!

These numbers don't include all the information. Times when they came to the gym when they didn't feel like it. Times when they were a few minutes late but still showed up, and possibly forgot to sign in. Times when they were dealing with a break up, loss in the family, work stress, sore muscles, an injury we made adjustments for, early mornings, late nights, snow storms, tornado sirens going off, preparing for weddings, traveling, fitness events, pregnancy, kids got sick, daycare fell through, friends that said they would join them for "bring a buddy class" and got stood up. This list also doesn't include the dedicated that didn't find CrossFit Purple earlier in the year. The people who visited us for months from all around the world. The drop ins. The special events. The people that were on track however fell off.
These are real people fighting for a better quality of life.
Many people didn't make this list. I see your work and I am rooting for you. Keep stacking wins.
