Congratulations on three wonderful shows on Sunday! We are so full of gratitude for this incredible season and beyond proud of every dancer who took the stage this weekend.

Thank you to all of our dancers, families, teachers, and supporters for making this year so special. We are so grateful for the opportunity to celebrate another amazing season together!💝

⭐️2026 Senior Spotlight: Anthony Fazzina⭐️

Anthony has been a proud member of the Ashford dance family for the past four years. This year marks an exciting milestone as Anthony graduates from Spencerport High School. After graduation, he will continue his journey in the Spencerport Transitional Program, where he will spend part of his day building valuable skills at a Career and Technical Training Center. We are so proud of all that Anthony has accomplished, and we look forward to seeing him continue to shine!🎓

Competition team auditions are this month!🌸

Being part of our competition team helps dancers build confidence, improve technique, develop performance quality, learn teamwork and responsibility, and become part of a supportive and driven team. Competition dancers are encouraged to step outside of their comfort zones and become more versatile performers in a positive and encouraging environment.

Competition dancers will also have multiple performance opportunities at local dance competitions, along with the opportunity to participate in dance conventions, workshops, and master classes throughout the year. These experiences allow dancers to gain valuable performance experience, learn from industry professionals, and grow as artists

Please make sure dancers audition for the age division that matches their current age at the time of auditions.

We are so excited for this upcoming 2026-2027 dance season, and we hope to see you there!

⭐️2026 Senior Spotlight: Maeve Caine⭐️

Maeve is graduating from World of Inquiry School in June 2026. She has been dancing at Ashford since she was 4 and has grown to love ballet and contemporary. In addition to dance, Maeve is captain of the WHS cheerleading team, a player on the WOIS golf team, and a senior class representative on the student council. She is also working on her capstone service project, where she has planned a program with Cobblestone Arts Center to create a more inclusive and expressive dance experience for others. Next year, Maeve will attend St. John Fisher University to study nursing. She hopes to continue dancing and expressing herself through movement in the years to come. Maeve, your future is so bright, and we are so proud of your hard-working spirit and dedication to dance!🎓

⭐️2026 Senior Spotlight: Caroline Resch⭐️

Carrie will graduate from Spencerport High School this year. She has been dancing since she was 4 years old. She started dancing at La Danse Workshop, and later began attending Ashford Dance Company to participate in the DWDA program. Carrie loves all things pink and hopes to work with flowers in the future. Next year, she will be attending the Transition Program at Spencerport High School, where she will continue to improve her skills. Carrie’s future is so bright, and we can’t wait to see all of the amazing things she will accomplish!🎓

We are wishing Miss Trichia a very happy birthday today! She has demonstrated what it’s like to be a true role model this year, and we can’t wait to celebrate her tomorrow at her benefit! Happy birthday Miss Trichia!🎉

⭐️2026 Senior Spotlight: Elizabeth Waltz⭐️

Lizzy is graduating from Holy Childhood in June. She has been dancing at Ashford since 2011, and she started competing two years ago. She loves to dance in both groups and solo performances and has participated in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Zumba. Outside of dance, she has become a Black Belt in Taekwondo, participated in the Pittsford Challenger Baseball League, attends classes through Sage, and participates in Gigi’s and Best Buddies. She attended the Best Buddies Leadership Conference in Indianapolis 2 years in a row. Lizzy has many respite opportunities through Holy Childhood, experiencing plays, restaurants, movie nights, weekend camping trips, and an Uno Championship, to name a few. Following graduation, Lizzy will attend The Life Prep Program at Nazareth University. We are so proud of Lizzy and everything that she has accomplished, and we can’t wait to see her thrive in her next steps!🎓
