One of the best innings under pressure we have seen this season!
Hitting 57 runs off 63 balls, Zeeshan Syed maintained his composure, battling heat and exhaustion! He kept us in the game when things could easily have slipped away and showed tremendous character under pressure

And.... we are in finals!
Rangers will take the field on Sept 12th to defend their championship title. A nail biting, heart racing semifinal (a true Rangers special! :P ) with great contributions in all 3 areas - bowling, batting and fielding!
Vir Singh (2 wickets, 5 overs, 28 runs) and Adil Khan (3 wickets, 5 overs, 38 runs) took charge in the first innings and gave us a reasonable chasing target!
In second innings, Zeeshan Syed (57 runs, 63 balls) and Ammar Mahmood (25 runs, 22 balls) made sure that we were always on track!
And what can be said by the last two MATCH WINNING sixes by Debanshu Ghosh! Stuff of dreams!
Go Rangers! Bring the trophy home once again!

A scorching win on a scorching hot day!
We played excellent cricket in all three departments - batting, bowling AND fielding. No loose balls. No wayward shots. No dropped catches (And catches win matches!)
Losing the toss was a blessing in disguise. Adil Khan, Krish Prahalad and Rahul shared 8 wickets between them and kept the pressure on throughout.
On the batting front, Ankur Mody and Abhinav Singh executed the perfect chase and never let pressure build on us.
On fielding front, we cut off singles, attacked the ball, and never allowed them to rotate the strike comfortably. It's the kind of work that doesn't always show up on the scorecard, but it played a massive role in keeping the pressure on throughout the innings. Good job everyone! Go Rangers!!

Sometimes, things don't start off the way we want. But we refused to give up, and came together as THE team and pulled it off! Now that is Rangers' spirit!
Special shoutout to Abhinav Singh for scoring 30 off 36 balls and holding down the fort when the team needed it!
And, who can overlook the relentless precision of Deepak Pandita, whose 4 wickets in 3 overs (15 dot balls and only 11 runs given) tilted the match in our favour!
