We are currently seeking dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed positional coaches for the following roles:

🔴 Running Backs Coach
🔴 Wide Receivers Coach
🔴 Offensive Line Coach
🔴 Defensive Backs Coach
🔴 Special Teams Coach

⚠️ REQUIREMENT:
All applicants must be fully available and committed to attending practices and/or games consistently. Reliability and presence are essential.

We are building a coaching staff defined by commitment, accountability, and consistency. Our expectation is full dedication and strong attendance, as being present is vital to the development of our athletes and the overall success of the organization. 💯

Every year, the Charlotte Colonials focus on what we believe is the most important position on the field. While every position plays a vital role, we’ve always believed that the offensive line is our biggest priority.

With that being said, we want to give a HUGE S/O to our offensive linemen this season! Thank you for putting in the work day in and day out, battling through every practice and every game, and helping this organization become the #2 rushing team in the NFA! 🏈🔥

And last, but certainly not least — the anchor, the captain, and one of the most humble people you could ever meet: Hiram Ortega. 🖤❤️

Hiram, thank you for the many years you have dedicated to playing football with your heart, passion, and absolutely no ego. You have been a true veteran of this program, and from the moment you stepped on the field until the moment you walked off, you gave everything you had.

But what makes you special goes far beyond football.

You have spent years helping young men understand that there is so much more to life than believing you are the greatest thing walking. You showed them what humility, leadership, character, and accountability look like. You didn’t just play the game — you became an example for the players, the organization, and the entire community.

Thank you for being a leader, a role model, a mentor, and an incredible human being. Your impact on CCG will never be measured by statistics or wins and losses. It will be measured by the young men you influenced and the lives you helped shape.

Hiram, we wish you nothing but the very best in this next chapter. We’re looking forward to the day you come back to the sidelines as a coach, while also getting the opportunity to spend more well-deserved time with your beautiful family.
