There’s a Kirtan (Call and response chanting) and sound bath happening there this weekend on Saturday and lots of magic to soak up!!! Visit Jula transform or message Jessi to sign up.

Greg and Scott led our final sound bath and Kirtan when we were at the studio!!! Remember that?!?

So much has changed. And yet so much is the same.

We continue our commitment to living yoga IRL and on the mat.

And supporting teachers on their journey through study and embodied practice.

Hi there! Danielle here. 👋🏼 I’m participating in three community days at our partner studios in Rochester and Skaneateles, NY. I’m offering free mini sessions to learn about the Yoga Sutras and flow and Mantras, Mudras and Movement. I’ve been practicing and teaching for 15+ years and typically teach these offerings inside my 200 hour training.
