Wow! What a showing today at the ROC Splash and Dash! We had a full pups podium for overall male and overall female long course, and female short course the girls took top 2! Sneak peek of some shots!

It’s time for the Rochester Area Triathletes annual local race! Forget the bike today and go all out on the swim then run! And don’t forget this is race 4 of 5 of the USAT Niagara Youth State Series! With Howl
