The pups had a lil time trial this weekend on bike and run! Setting those baselines so we can track improvement over the season!

Both dev and travel team pups got together for our first 2026 outdoor practice! We were missing a bunch but still had a huge group with our returners from last year and our new friends that joined the pack this year!

We are back from East Coast Triathlon Festival in Richmond, Virginia! While we unpack and get back to the grind, we want to give a huge shout out to Emma, who took FIRST place yesterday in the Female age 11-12 group. What a dominant showing Emma!
We will be sharing some more media from the weekend shortly but had to get this one out ASAP!

Preview day here in Richmond Virginia is done! The pups swam, biked, ran, jenga’d and connect four’d as a pack! Stronger as a pack. More fun as a pack! Race day tomorrow! Let’s go pups! 🐺

It’s race weekend here in Richmond! We have a crew down here ready to rub elbows on the draft legal course and age group racers as well. Word is the water was 63 yesterday but the bike and run course are hot! Let’s go pups! One Pack. One race. All

Well look at this - the FASTEST growing USAT Youth Triathlon series in the NATION just added our own race!👏
Yep- our Howl on the Niagara - Youth Triathlon Race! Is now the FIFTH race in the Niagara Youth State Series Championship!!!💪🏻🔥👏
