“Movement - something that has not always been a positive experience for me, something that solely use to be focused around weight loss.

Over the last couple of years, I have prioritized healing that relationship and learning how to celebrate my body for what it is, move it in a way that focuses on what my body is capable of while removing weight loss expectations.

I am so thankful for studios like Jazzercise for providing a safe and empowering space for people to move their bodies.
