Let's get walking! This Sunday, Kevin will be leading a Community Walk at Highland Park (meet at Lamberton Conservatory) at noon. Meet up with other clients and trainers for a fun, casual walk through the park - it's a great way to get some practice in before we do some laps around the building on June 7!
We've also started a WhatsApp channel for events - want to join? Send us a message here!
