BREAKING: For new learners who want to start training, with a focus on fundamentals, Krav Maga Rochester continues down the road with our 8-week foundations course, Krav 101.

In this beginner’s class, you’ll get basic training in striking, blocking, footwork, and grabs and holds. With the goal of earning your Krav Maga yellow belt upon completion, you’ll be ready to step from this introductory course into the broader world of Krav Maga Street Defence!
