June Challenge: Weighted Plank Ladder

Think your core is strong? Put it to the test with our June Challenge.

Challenge Rules:

Start in a standard forearm plank position.
Begin with bodyweight only.
Every 30 seconds, add 25 pounds to your back.
Maintain proper plank form throughout the challenge.
The challenge ends when you can no longer hold position or your form breaks down.

Score:
Your score is the total time completed and the highest weight successfully held.

This challenge tests core strength, endurance, stability, and mental toughness. How long can you last before the weight wins?
