Next on your reading list should be Emily Ladau's excellent handbook, "Demystifying Disability". Ladau guides the reader on how to be a thoughtful, informed ally to people with disabilities, with actionable steps for what to say and do (and what not to do), and how you can help make the world a more accessible, inclusive place.
