I recieved an email from a parent that a student led group is organizing practices (message coming from "Mayo Off Seaon training"). Please do not let your students participate in these group workouts. Exercise is awesome, but please make sure you are following the advice of the health experts.

No organized summer running this morning with the weather. Should be nice later on today get out for a run!
