This is more than fitness. This is about how breathing controls your reflexes, your heart rate, your endurance, and your mindset. Cus D’Amato said that “90% of boxing is in the mind”, take the time to do research if needed (that is your homework before then) because visual meditation is proven to be more effective than physical practice. Which is why joining this ascension will not be rushed. Every semester should be taken seriously with balanced fun and passion!!!!!!
