This year‘s Wreck the Halls is now live on Iron Podium! For the first time ever this East Ave Barbell event will include a Conan’s wheel and will also be the first time since 2019 that we’ve hosted a Strongman Corporation competition!! Keep an eye out because we will also be hosting this at a new location, to be announced closer to the competition.

Mark your calendars! The East Ave Classic is back! January 16, 2027. The biggest Olympic Weightlifting competition in Rochester is hosting its annual event for the 6th year in a row! Come and compete against some of the strongest lifters in the country. This competition is for all levels. From youth to masters. From world team members to first time lifters. This meet is a great opportunity for everyone to compete, learn, and have a great experience overall.

Registration is OPEN!
Early registration ends Oct 1st. Don’t wait. We had a huge turn out last year. Tickets will sell out. REMINDER the “Get Tickets” tab is for athletes signing up for the competition!

Awards will be given out to top male and female athletes based on Sinclair formula.
