Holiday Hours For Juneteenth:
In observation of Juneteenth, we will have modified operations this Friday, June 19th.
The Gym is OPEN: You can still get your workout in but, No Staff / No Classes: There will be no staffed front-desk hours, and all group fitness classes are canceled for the day. Normal class schedules and staffing will resume on Saturday.

What is Juneteenth?
Juneteenth (short for "June Nineteenth") marks a pivotal moment in American history. While the Emancipation Proclamation officially banned slavery in the United States in 1863, it took two and a half years for that news to reach everyone. On June 19, 1865, Union soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas, to read federal orders ensuring that all previously enslaved people were finally free.

Juneteenth is a day to reflect on freedom, honor the resilience of the Black community, and celebrate liberty and justice for all.
