I installed 3 of these batteries in a 36v golf cart about a year ago. They work great, so I ordered one to use on a small single tire aircraft tug that uses a 1 horsepower 12 volt DC motor. When I first hooked it up it didn’t work. There is a “button” (which my golf cart batteries don’t have) next to the positive terminal; I wasn’t sure what it was for, but I pushed it anyway and now it works. It must be some sort of reset. I really like the maintenance free aspect of these batteries versus the lead acid variety.

We were on our first day of a week long vacation when we had an issue with our charger. We contacted customer service after hours on a Sunday, and to our surprise the instantly responded. They shipped us a new charger the next morning and got us back up and running!!
