With a heavy heart - on Friday, April 17th 2026, Rock Hill lost one of its own to a senseless act of violence.

Some people pass through…others leave their mark. Brandon Swilling was the true embodiment of Rock Hill Skateboarding - all heart, all in, all the time. 

Anyone that ever encountered Brandon felt something real and authentic.

The Rock Hill-Fort Mill Area Transportation Study is hosting a pop-up Public Engagement Session at the City of Rock Hill Operations Center (757 S Anderson Rd Rock Hill, SC 29730) to discuss the RFATS Safe Streets 4 All Plan. 🛣️
