WEEK 4 — GO H.A.M. 🔥🐖
👇🏼Are you busting out a full Nordic this week?!👇🏼
The last week is about emptying the tank and seeing what your hamstrings are really made of.
We’re combining everything you’ve built over the last 3 weeks (eccentric control, isometric strength, concentric power).
This week includes:
• Full Nordics (or as close as you can get)
• Halfway Isometrics @45° — pull hard!
• Razor Curls — as close to full range as you can make happen.
• Nordic Pulses — top-range control on repeat.
• Finale: MAX Rep Nordics — give it everything you’ve got, every set.
The job is simple:
Go HAM. Finish strong. Leave the month with hamropes 😤

WEEK 3 — THE CONCENTRIC CLASH ⚔️
Eccentrics and ISO’s are done. This week it’s time to fight your way back up.
Week 3 is all about concentric intent in the Nordic progressions.
Not just lowering with control, but actually producing enough force to reverse it.
Here’s what’s on deck:
• Nordics to the 18” and 12” boxes — controlled drops, strong pull back.
• Nordic Pulses — owning the top range and avoiding the cramps.
• Assisted Nordics + Assisted Razors — using help just enough to finish the rep, not hide behind it.
The goal this week: build the horsepower to come up out of the bottom without folding.
Concentric strength is where the real separation starts.
