Rock Hill Council of Neighborhoods

We are a volunteer organization working closely with the City of Rock Hill. We are citizens of Rock Hill working together to better our neighborhoods.

Our members are not appointed by the City, nor are we an official part of the governmental structure. We believe that your neighborhood can and should determine what events occur within its boundaries to shape your future.
