No Strings Attached - 3D Archery League

Due to me moving, I will not be running No Strings Attached this spring. However, if any of you would like to organize a time to shoot, please feel free to do it here! Thanks guys!

We had a successful first night out in spite of rescheduling for weather and a muddy course as a result. Come join us next week Tuesday for some fun!

Clear skies for tomorrow's opener, but remember to wear muck boots!

Based on weather I'm bumping this week back to Thursday at 5:30PM. Looking at sunny skies instead of a wet course and a 50%+ chance of getting rained on. If you still want to shoot, the course is open and you're welcome to it. Hope to see you on Thursday!

Here's a rough course layout from last year. I don't know if it will be different this year, but this should give you a rough idea of what to expect. There will be 20-25 targets depending on how WMAC configures the course.

Welcome to No Strings Attached! I started NSA in 2021 as an opportunity to shoot the West Michigan Archery Center 3D Course with my co-workers, but this year I'm opening it up to the public!

Here's how this whole thing works:

First of all, calling it a "league" is a bit of a stretch. We don't charge anything (except for the $10 course fee deposited in the WMAC kiosk) and we don't keep score. No Strings Attached is all about getting outside with your bow, shooting a cool course, and meeting new people!

Joining NSA is simple: Click the "Visit Group" button at the top of the page and join the No Strings Attached group to get updates, participate in discussions, polls, etc...

Events have been created on this page for each week. I'd recommend adding them to your calendar so I can get an idea of how many people to expect each week. Come for one week or come for all, it doesn't matter!

Since we don't keep score, we don't have shooter classes. Shoot with whatever you want - compound or traditional, it doesn't matter! NO BROADHEADS!

We're shooting at 5:30PM every Tuesday in the month of May at the West Michigan Archery Center in Rockford, MI. I work around the corner and will usually show up between 5:00-5:15. Ideally, we'll break off into shooting groups around 5:30, but if you're early or late, I'm not going to stop you from getting on the course!
