Check out this timelapse of us installing the new backstop in our hitting room with custom “Strike” zone mats 🔥⚡️📈 This will provide a more durable and safe environment for our athletes, improve slow motion camera sightlines, and add more branding. Come see it for yourself sometime soon!

All athletes age 11+ train in the weightroom as part of our training system. We have our own full time strength coaches who work with our throwing and hitting coaches to turn our athletes into clean-moving, explosive, and insanely strong baseball players. Nobody in Rockford trains players like we do 💪
