Ride & Glide went a bit West to go north this week. While the traffic was mild, the lanes are close, mostly road riding. Made for an interesting trip!

Love riding with friends! Everyone who shows up has been a delightful treat to get to get to meet!!!

I think we had 11 this week. A bit more manageable than the 27 who showed up last time! Although that went quite well. Everyone had a great time.

Helmet fit is one of those things that seems simple but makes a huge difference. 🪖👦

A properly fitted helmet should sit level on the head, about two finger widths above the eyebrows, with straps that form a V just below each ear and a buckle snug under the chin. A helmet that tips back or wobbles around is not doing its job.

With kids especially, it's worth checking the fit every season since they grow faster than you'd expect. 😅
