The crew has been hard at work installing the rebar, setting the forms, and preparing the foundation for Friday's scheduled concrete pour. While it may not look like much yet, these steps are what create a durable, long-lasting pool deck—and we're excited to see it all come together!

Every week brings us one step closer to making a splash! 💦
Construction is continuing to move right along, and we're excited to share some of the latest progress:
✅ Electrical trenching is complete
✅ Coping installation is underway
✅ Waterline tile has been installed
✅ The foundation for the equipment room is complete

🚧 Blackhawk Valley Pool Update! 🏊♂️
The transformation is really starting to take shape!
Since our last update, we've reached several exciting milestones:
✅ Pool shell is complete
✅ Plumbing has been installed and pressure tested
✅ Waterproofing is underway
✅ Equipment pad foundation has been poured
✅ Mechanical systems are coming together
✅ Final grading around the pool is taking shape
With every step, we're getting closer to welcoming everyone back for days filled with swimming, sunshine, and unforgettable memories.
There's still plenty to do—including the equipment building, pool equipment installation, decking, fencing, and all the finishing touches—but seeing the progress each day has us excited for what's ahead.
Thank you for your continued patience, encouragement, and support as we invest in the future of Blackhawk Valley. We can't wait to share more updates with you.

🏊 Blackhawk Valley Pool Project Update🏊
We’re excited to share another major milestone in the construction of the new pool and spa complex at Blackhawk Valley Resort!
Over the past week, crews have completed excavation, installed the underground plumbing infrastructure, and finished tying the structural steel reinforcement that will form the backbone of the new pool.
The project is now entering one of the most exciting phases of construction: shotcrete installation, currently scheduled for Friday, weather permitting. This process creates the permanent structural shell of the pool and marks a significant step forward in bringing this long-awaited amenity to life.
Thank you to our members for your patience and excitement as this project progresses. We know many of you have been eagerly following along, and we look forward to sharing more photos and updates as construction continues.

Yesterday marked our first official day of pool construction, and a ton of work has already been completed. We’re excited to see this project underway and even more excited to share progress updates with you as everything comes together.
