Dear Cannon Pool Members and Guests,
It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce that Cannon Pool will not be opening for the 2020 season due to COVID-19. We can assure you we have not made this decision lightly. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, all of its uncertainties, and the unprecedented recommendations that we are facing, it is not possible to safely, logistically, or financially run the pool this summer.
Cannon Pool is a well-loved pool that we want to ensure is around for many more years. We hope to use whatever time we have once restrictions are lifted to refresh the pool this season. Our goal is to open a better Cannon Pool in 2021 for our community to enjoy.
We know in our hearts that this was the right decision because above all else our member and guest safety is our number one concern. We thank you all for sending in your feedback from the survey.
Currently, we are in the process of deferring all 2020 memberships to 2021 memberships. If you are in need of other arrangements please email [email protected]. We would also like to extend an offer to any additional individuals who would like to purchase a membership and lock in the 2020 rates. Cannon Pool has and will continue to offer one of the lowest pool rates in the area will be taking a membership increase in 2021.
We appreciate your understanding during these uncertain times. We are here for you and we want to hear from you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to one of the board members.
