The last three pictures are all of the new "Baconsquad Trio." Much like the top longboarding companies, we'll be using the same mold for multiple boards. Our contention to this seemingly cheap move is that the mold we're using is too interesting and useful to limit to just one shape. The two new boards, the Plank and the Beast, are Kelvin and Jeremy's versions of the Trend, but suited to their riding styles. Kelvin likes a no-nonsense freeride/downhill board, so we decided to do away with the kicktails altogether for the Plank, while accommodating a symmetrical shape. Jeremy is really into single-kick boards suited for freeride/freestyle, so we designed one that looks way different than any single-kick we've ever seen. The Trend is Tyler's personal favorite as one of the widest boards on the market, the need for monkey-toeing on toeside slides has been (basically) eliminated with this board! We here at Lunar hope you all thoroughly enjoy these useful and intriguing shapes. More info to come!
