Today, Valkyrie Jiu-Jitsu pauses to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the incredible courage of the first responders, service members, and ordinary Americans who stepped forward in the face of tragedy.

We remember the fallen.
We honor the heroes.
We stand with the families who carry their memory.

May we never forget the strength, sacrifice, and unity shown that day.
