One of our new products is installable rub rail. Consisting of EPDM black neoprene, VHB tape, and hypalon glue, it’s the only way to get rub rail to stick to PVC, urethane, and hypalon, out of the box. It ships from us with backing tape, ready to install on prepped fabric.

The beat lab has invented a new product; ready-to-install rub rail. We’ve successfully tested a prep process, and behold the results. Not only can we rub rail a boat, the rail is now a replaceable part. Think complete subassembly versus a bare part. For a shop, the readymade rail requires only hull prep, shaving install time by more than half and eliminates gluing on the fly. We’ll be carrying this as a product in the near future.
