I love it when black plastic is vacuum formed over a new mold. Waiting to finish the trim fixture and folding jig. Then onto polish and assembly. Mold making is such a rewarding experience. Love the detail we can get.

Mold making Monday. Some behind the scenes mold making for our plastic containers. It all starts with a quality 3D Scan then into our CAD software. When finished we will make several tools along the way to help make our Plastic Containers for you to put your things into them.

What do a weekend trade show and a plastic container have in common? 🤔
Quite a bit, actually.
We spent the weekend at the Oaks event talking with customers, meeting new people, and showcasing one of our most popular custom-fit carry accessories. Along the way, we kept hearing the same question:
"How durable is it?"
The answer might surprise you. The same type of rugged thermoplastic material used in many industrial and commercial applications can take a serious beating while maintaining its shape and function. That's why material selection matters so much when building gear designed for everyday use.
