Meet Kyle, the brains and original face (and name) behind LFT – he’s the LaChance of LaChance Fitness Training! 💪
Besides being a Certified Personal Trainer (among many other certifications), Kyle has an extensive background in counseling and counselor education – he’s actually now pursuing his PhD at the University of Florida to further his studies and expertise in the field. His background is one of the core reasons why LFT focuses on the connection between the brain and the body! 🧠
