Seven nights in the jungle of Nosara, and every one of them is for you.

Sacred Reset Costa Rica is happening Saturday to Saturday, October 17th to 24th, at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, and Heidi is co-leading it with Jimmy Wheeler. Daily yoga, guided breathwork and meditation, dharma talks, three nourishing meals a day, jungle gardens, pools, and the ocean minutes away.

This is the deep-end version of what we practice every week at Zuda: a full week to soften the nervous system, move with presence, and come home to yourself.

Rooms are limited and a few categories are nearly full. A $500 deposit holds your spot, and everything else, from packing lists to travel details, follows.

Super Yogi Vinyasa at 9:30 AM: the Power Vinyasa this studio was built on, evolved by everything she's learned since.

Breath & Beats Workshop at 1:00 PM: music-driven breathwork and somatic bodywork that goes somewhere a regular class can't.

Our 200-hour teacher training, Step Into Your Power, is LIVE & registering 2027 students.

Take advantage of the early bird discount, $500 OFF through Saturday, October 3rd. Accredited through Yoga Alliance, Heidi & Zuda has trained hundreds of teachers across Sacramento and Placer County, including many from our own team.

Early bird, pay in full: members $3,000, non-members $3,200, which includes 10 weeks of unlimited yoga. That's $500 off either way, through October 3rd. Payment plans are available too.

More than a certification, it's weekend intensives and Tuesday evenings from January through March 2027 spent deepening your practice, learning to lead, and growing alongside people who become your community.

Anne Marie opens with a short lesson on the science behind breathwork and why the practice is growing worldwide.

Then, lying down, you'll breathe in a way that quiets the thinking mind and opens the door to whoever you are underneath the day-to-day.

The 30-Day Challenge is officially in the books.

Some of you made all 30 days, and you've got the shirts to prove it. Some of you made it to the mat more this month than you have all year, and honestly, that might be the bigger win.

Either way, the room was fuller, the energy was better, and that's because of you.

Congrats to our finishers, and to everyone who showed up at all. The challenge is over, but the mats aren't going anywhere.
