This was a morning full of tough partner drills & many laughs.
I had to keep saying, “Ali don’t be a bad influence!” As mark stood still with his nunchucks (they are rope-less battling roles!)
At one point Mark was overheard, “north, east, west…” I was like, “FOCUS!” 😂😂😂😂

Summer is definitely in the air & that means outdoor workout time!!!!

Who knew that what I need for my birthday was to be stopped in the store by the always cheerful Carol 🌹?!! I have NEVER been so happy to be recognized by a friendly face as I just was!
Carol had been an OG G member until some health issues made coming in too much of a challenge, but we’ve stayed in touch!
Each person who has come through the studio remains in my heart for the long run! They become more than a client, even more than a friend.
Carol has no idea seeing her was the best bday gift I could have hoped for!!
Cheers to all of our days being filled by amazing people!

Funny things warm my heart the longer I am in business. This February vacay is one of them!
ALMOST all of my clients are going away on vacay w/their families! Normally some are away, but often many of us are home still working, certainly enough that warrants being open on a vacay schedule! Not this year & I couldn’t be more happy for all the memories that will be made & I’ll get to hear about!!

- We have a first time Disney trip w/3 minis! Sav is going to be over the moon!!! ☀️🐭
- Mom & son trip to Puerto Rico!! 🌴
- Lots of NH Ski vacations 🎿
- Mom & Dad ski week to Colorado ⛷️
- Aruba 🍹
- Barbados 🇧🇧
- Cleveland (family visit 👵🏻)
- Renovations (less of a trip, but much excitement around new adventures!) 🔨

And then those who aren’t going away have awesome trips on the docket!

It’s wonderful to see us all grow & do the things we want with & for our favorite people!!
