Due to a goofy little injury last night, I almost didn't make it to this event. But reflecting on it im so glad I did! When you hear other business owners from many different levels talk about mindset, it really helps you keep going when you otherwise would have stopped.
I've been to quite a few gyms, and it never fails. I always see at least 2 people doing this exercise with poor form, so this video was a MUST-DO! The form im demonstrating on the bottom is that example, and it also makes my stomach bubble every time I see someone performing it. Follow for part two so we can fix this monstrosity.

Got to meet Miss Virginia 2025 (Madison Whitbeck) and hear her mission, as well as meet a banquet hall full of small business owners. These networking events are incredible and really remind me of how important community is.
Carpal tunnel syndrome? I've got a stretch for that! 30 seconds 3x in a row!
Sitting for long periods of time will do a number on your lower back and shorten your stride. Not only that, as we get older, it WILL ruin your posture. Here is a stretch to help you fix all of this!

World culture festival is over, no competitions on the board. So now we hunt for something new. There's always a reason to train.
Exercise and training help you show up in your life. The journey isn't always exciting but the results will always be better than what you would have had, had you not taken that 1st step.
