It’s been officially three months since stepping back into the gym. It had been two years, and my mental and physical health were at an all time low. 90 days and about 40 pounds later, I’m feeling great, and it’s only the beginning.
-PS good thing I’m not training for bodybuilding competitions because I’m not good at posing 😅

I was listening to this morning, and ever since all I could think about was ramen. Here’s my take on top-ramen gourmet. Two packets of ramen, a full steak, two eggs, cheese, and sriracha.

According to my BMI, I am considered “overweight” at 5’9” 180lbs. I certainly don’t feel that way.
