Latino-Owned Organic Specialty Coffee Company. We roast and sell coffee that is better for our farmers, for the planet, and for you. Join the movement!

We believe that the root cause of systemic poverty in Latin America is the manner in which agricultural products have been grown, financed, and traded since the 1800’s. Small farmers—usually in remote areas—have been affected the most because they have not had access to quality education, training, financing, or distributors that sell directly to retailers or consumers. We believe this to be inten

Every origin trip reminds us why we do what we do. ❤️🌱

Behind every cup is a community, generations of knowledge, and producers who dedicate their lives to growing exceptional coffee. Visiting our partners in El Salvador at Finca Montealegre isn't just about checking on the harvest—it's about strengthening relationships, learning from one another, and continuing to build a better coffee industry together.

These moments are a reminder that great coffee begins long before it reaches your mug.

Coffee myth check: does coffee make you short? ☕️👀

We've all heard it from someone's mamá, tía, or abuela… but is it actually true?

Watch the video to find out, and tell us: what's a coffee myth you grew up believing? 👇

The World Cup debates have officially taken over the roastery. ⚽️😂

We asked the team one simple question: Who's taking the win?

Let's just say... everyone has very strong opinions. 😅

Watch their predictions, then tell us yours in the comments. Are they cooking... or are they a bit off? 👀👇

Today I wanted to bring you through the basics of how we roast signature Cubano roast here at Mayorga

Our cubano roast is our main dark roast that’s formulated with a mix of coffee greens from Honduras, Nicaragua, and Peru. All directly and organically sourced.

Cubano is one of my favorite blends but I’ve been drinking so much I need to have decaf now…
Le me know what your favorite blend is in the comments!

Looking for your next bag of coffee? You can grab Artesano Blend through the link in our bio. ☕️✨

If you’re after a smooth, balanced cup that works beautifully with just about any brewing method, Artesano might be your perfect match. With notes of chocolate and nuts, USDA Organic certification, and third-party mold testing, it’s crafted for people who care about what’s in their cup as much as how it tastes.

Simple. Versatile. Delicious.

Have you tried Artesano yet? Let us know your favorite way to brew it! 👇

Over the weekend, this community came together to support our familia in Venezuela, and the results are incredible.

Because of every single order you placed from Friday to Sunday, we raised $24,500.

As promised, 100% of those funds have been transferred directly to World Central Kitchen (World Central Kitchen ). We chose to support them because they are already on the ground, bypassing the red tape to put fresh, hot meals directly into the hands of displaced families and first responders.

While this donation is a meaningful step to help our friends on the ground, we know the road to recovery is long and the work doesn’t stop here. The relief efforts are still heavily underway, and if you are able to keep supporting them directly, please do. We have left the direct donation link to World Central Kitchen in our bio so you can continue to help.

Thank you for trusting us to do this the right way, and for stepping up when it matters most. This is what community looks like.

Estamos con ustedes, Venezuela. 🇻🇪

Each day, the World Cup takes over more and more at the roastery. ⚽️☕️

Which, honestly, makes perfect sense. We’re Latinos, and fútbol (if you know, you know 😎) is part of who we are.

Every match brings out a different jersey, a different prediction, and a little friendly rivalry. But no matter which team we’re cheering for that day, we’re all celebrating the same thing: the passion, pride, and sense of community that the World Cup brings across Latin America.

Because that’s what we do. Today we cheer for one country, tomorrow another—but we always celebrate together. ❤️🌎

Ben and I are locked in 🔐
On this episode I (Nick Mayorga) learned a bit more about our shipping and receiving process with Ben, one of our main transporters here at Mayorga.

This was an amazing experience to add on to all the things I’ve been learning about in this series so far.

If you want to continue following my journey here at Mayorga then follow along for the next episode of Skipping College for Coffee 🤞
