Company and Crew Summer Training Requirements begin Monday! Requirements sheets will be available at the front desk and online through our website on Monday, June 1st. Requirements sheets must be fulfilled and turned into the front desk by the last day of Summer classes on July 22nd.

Registration for our Summer 2026 Master Classes is officially OPEN, and this season we’re making it easier to keep training with our new Master Class Pass! When you register for 3 or more master classes, discounted pricing will automatically be applied to your account for every additional class you add after that. Classes are NOW listed under the CLASSES tab in Jackrabbit (not under events), so make sure you register in the correct section.

‼️Classes are already filling quickly and once a class reaches capacity, registration will CLOSE. No extra classes will be added, so don’t wait to grab your spots‼️

Los Angeles-based dancer, choreographer, and educator Kelly has trained and inspired dancers all over the world through master classes, conventions, and mentorship programs across the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and beyond. She is a resident teacher & , and has been on tour with Dance Convention this past season. She has performed alongside artists including Jennifer Lopez, Bebe Rexha, Tinashe, JoJo Siwa, and more, with appearances on major stages such as the 2023 Oscars, Kids Choice Awards, and numerous film and TV productions.
As both a professional choreographer and passionate educator, Kelly is known for her high-energy teaching style, attention to detail, musicality, and ability to push dancers to become the best versions of themselves.

Meghan Sanett is a professional dancer, born & raised in Los Angeles, CA and now based in NYC. Her career spans an incredible range of credits, including working with industry icons such as Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull, as well as performing alongside legends like Julie Andrews and Matthew Morrison.
Meghan also served as Assistant Choreographer for the iconic Paula Abdul during her 2019 Billboard Music Awards performance, and will be seen dancing in the upcoming film In The Heights. She has trained and collaborated with some of the industry’s leading choreographers including Tabitha & Napoleon Dumo, Brian Friedman, Christopher Scott, Michael Rooney, Katy Tate, Tessandra Chavez, Karla Garcia, Josh Assor, and Andrew Winghart.

Phil Wright is a world-renowned dancer, choreographer, and creative known for his high-energy choreography, infectious positivity, and passion for inspiring the next generation of dancers. He has worked with major artists including Lil Nas X, Cardi B, TLC, G-Eazy, and MC Hammer, while also appearing on projects with Disney, Nickelodeon, and major television productions.
As the creator of The Parent Jam, Phil has built an uplifting dance movement that brings families and communities together through fun, music, and connection. His classes are known for pushing dancers to perform with confidence, musicality, and authenticity while creating an environment full of encouragement and joy.

Coming to 3:23 to share her testimony and love of dancing for the Lord; of !🤍 Liz embodies everything we stand for and teach to our own here at 3:23, and we cannot wait for everyone to experience her love of dance through ministry this Summer! Liz is a passionate dancer, choreographer, and educator using movement as a way to inspire, uplift, and glorify God through dance. Through Worship Werk, she has created a powerful faith-based dance community that blends worship, hip-hop, contemporary movement, and ministry in an encouraging and high-energy environment.
Known for creating a space where dancers can grow in both confidence and faith, Liz’s classes are all about connection, purpose, freedom, and praising through movement. We can’t wait for our dancers to experience her heart, energy, and passion firsthand! 🫶🏼
